Your order goes to us on WhatsApp

There are no accounts and no sign-in. When you tap “Send order on WhatsApp”, the website opens WhatsApp with your order typed out: your name, phone number, address (for delivery), any notes, what you ordered and the total. That message is sent only when you hit send in WhatsApp, and it goes from your WhatsApp to our WhatsApp number, 0312-5811118.

The website never sends your name, phone number, address or notes to anyone, and it doesn't store your order: there is no order database. Google Analytics (below) does receive what goes into an order, without your name or contact details: the dishes and deals with their size, flavour, meal option, price and quantity, the total, whether it is for delivery, pickup or dine-in, and whether you pay cash or online. We see your details only in WhatsApp and use them to prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it. WhatsApp carries the message under its own privacy policy.

The “How did we do?” box works the same way: what you write goes only where you send it, to the manager on WhatsApp, or to Google if you paste it there.

What your browser keeps

While you move between pages, your order is kept in your browser's session storage. It is removed once the order is sent, and when you close the tab. The checkout form isn't saved: what you type there is gone when you reload or leave the page.

If you switch to the dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. All of this stays on your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and dishes people look at, so we can improve the menu and the website. It records the pages you view, your approximate location (city or country), your device and browser, how you found us, and what you do on the site, such as adding something to your order or taking it out, opening your order or the checkout, sending an order on WhatsApp, tapping to call, chat on WhatsApp or get directions, scrolling down a page and following links to other sites.

For the order steps it receives what is in the order: each dish or deal with its size, flavour, meal option, price and quantity, and what they add up to. When you send an order it receives the order's total, the number of items, whether it is for delivery, pickup or dine-in, and whether you pay cash or online.

Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) to tell new visits from returning ones. We never send it your name, phone number, address, notes or anything else you type.

To opt out, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Maps and our web host

The map in “Find us” is a Google Maps frame. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

Like any website, ours runs on a web host that receives your IP address and browser details when you open a page: it needs them to send you the page.
